In 2017, Welaxio Management transformed its organization to implement the SQUAD concept in order to build a fulfilling professional ecosystem FOR its consultants and to guarantee OPERATIONAL VALUE to its clients.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

What is a SQUAD ?<\/h3>\n

A SQUAD is a community of consultants with common skills and the same motivations.<\/p>\n

SQUADS allow consultants to exchange and enrich their skills.<\/p>\n

We spend a lot of time training, sharing experiences, analyzing our failures and successes to refine our expertise or acquire new ones.<\/p>\n

Our consultants will more easily design their own evolution path by sharing experiences, developing collective intelligence and participating as a leader or contributor in themes related to their learning needs.<\/p>\n

Bridges between SQUADs are encouraged in order to share expertise and customer experiences.<\/p>\n
