In 2017, Welaxio Management transformed its organization to implement the SQUAD concept in order to build a fulfilling professional ecosystem FOR its consultants and to guarantee OPERATIONAL VALUE to its clients.
What is a SQUAD ?
A SQUAD is a community of consultants with common skills and the same motivations.
SQUADS allow consultants to exchange and enrich their skills.
We spend a lot of time training, sharing experiences, analyzing our failures and successes to refine our expertise or acquire new ones.
Our consultants will more easily design their own evolution path by sharing experiences, developing collective intelligence and participating as a leader or contributor in themes related to their learning needs.
Bridges between SQUADs are encouraged in order to share expertise and customer experiences.
